Ferrell-Duncan Clinic proudly welcomes three new specialists to our clinic. The physicians will be seeing patients in Radiation Oncology at the Hulston Cancer Center, 3850 S. Ferrell-DuncanDr. Anees Afroze Clinic welcomes Anees Afroze, MD, to the Pulmonology Department. Dr. Afroze began her medical education at Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, India. She continued her medical training by completing her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Tulsa, Oklahoma. She completed her fellowship in Pulmonology at the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell, New York, New York. She is a member of Distinctions in Anatomy and Pharmacology and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Afroze is moving to Springfield, MO, from New York, New York.

Ferrell-Duncan Clinic welcomes Robert Bennett, MD, to the Orthopaedic Department. Dr. Bennett has decided to make Ferrell-Duncan Clinic and CoxHealth his home to practice medicine. Dr. Bennett began his medical education at the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. He continued his medical training in Orthopaedic Surgery by completing his internship and residency at George Washington University Medical Center, Washington, DC. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Bennett currently resides in Springfield, MO.

Ferrell-Duncan Clinic welcomes Ken J. Carpenter, MD, to the Orthopedic Department. Dr. Carpenter began his medical education at the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Medicine, Portland, Oregon. He continued his medical training by completing his residency in Othopaedic Surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas. He is a member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Carpenter is moving to Springfield, MO, from Wichita Falls, Texas.

Crozier, MD, to the Otolaryngology Department. Dr. Crozier began his medical education at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison, Wisconsin. He continued his medical training by completing his General Surgery internship at the State University of New York-Upstate Medial University, Syracuse, New York, and residency in Otolaryngology –Head and Neck Surgery at the State University of New York-Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, New York. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Crozier is moving to Springfield, MO, from Syracuse, New York.

 Ferrell-Duncan Clinic welcomes Kevin Halsey, MD, to the Gastroenterology Department. Dr. Halsey began his medical education at the University of Missouri School of Medicine, Columbia, Missouri. He continued his medical training in Internal Medicine by completing his internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, Madison, Wisconsin. He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore, Maryland. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology. Dr. Halsey is moving to Springfield, MO, from Columbia, MO.

Ferrell-Duncan Clinic welcomes David Hicks, MD, to the Orthopaedic Department. Dr. Hicks has decided to make Ferrell-Duncan Clinic and CoxHealth his home to practice medicine. Dr. Hicks began his medical education at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO. He continued his medical training in Orthopaedic Surgery by completing his internship and residency at Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, KS. He completed his fellowship in Foot/Ankle and Sports Medicine at the Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders, Phoenix, AZ. He is a member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Hicks currently resides in Springfield, MO.
